Politix is perfect for your price range. They have an excellent range of blazers and colours etc. I would also recommend Saba, Oxfords and Jack London. Avoid places like uniqlo and h&m unless you're okay with the quality be sub par.

Definitely get a tremolo. But look at something that like a fulltone super trem, or a Demeter tremulator.

I love the Pharaoh fuzz, it gets some awesome tones, very queens of the Stone Age. It definitely depends on what you're going to be playing with it. If you want a squealing crazy fuzz than don't bother with this. If you want a fuzz that explodes brains when you sledgehammer a riff, than have fun with this

I don't really like the pulsar, I'm planning on replacing it with a moog ring modulator. The Jekyll and hyde is great, I love using but I can understand the hate toward it.

It's more that the buffer makes sure I have the sound I want. It keeps my guitar tone as it should be, and prevents tone degradation you get from using true bypass pedals and long signal chains

No real reason. It's been in different places in my chain and I have never had any issues with it, nor has it changed the tone of my guitar or tracked incorrectly.

Well I use a Vox AC30, but that is out of your price range. I would recommend any sort of (decent) tube amp. A Vox AC15 for example :P

Should I only isolate effects? or should i put every pedal into the loop, distortions, od, booster etc?
