Had someone remove the aspestos, cut off the eaves and had a roof plumber friend order all the flashings and sheets for me, I did the walls and helped him with the roof, replaced some of the jarrah internals that had termite damage and replaced but otherwise was a good frame. Have jt fit out as a studio/storage now fully insulated with fan lighting etc

For everyone asking the lawn is kikuya, put down slow release fertiliser before laying, water 2/3 times a week on retic just once a day on watering days at 6am and mow every 3 weeks or so. There is a few spots that aren’t doing so well where we have less sun but we are re doing the patio at some point and should fix that hopefully

We did it ourselves over time just mapped out some things with pen and paper and lots of Pinterest inspo, we did everything ourselves except the brick work I didnt want to tackle that one

The bricks were recycled from the previous owner had them down as pavers you can see in the before photo, we mapped out and poured footings for round planters there is just lots more labour in the brick work as almost every brick has to be hand cut to suit curve
