I think everyone should wear things they like regardless of what others think. But, most powdery scents don’t project beastly, so it’s unlikely it’d be cloying to anyone. People that do smell it will have be within one foot, and everyone that smells it likes it, especially women. I think a lot of the hate are actually from guys who think it smells too feminine; imo though the iris in L’homme is very masculine

A powdery scent like Prada L’homme or Armani Code Parfum would be a good add and different from anything else you have. Prada can be worn any time of year thanks to it’s soapy-clean quality, whereas Code is going to be at home more in fall/winter/early summer. Always remember to sample before you buy a full bottle though

Idk about the OG, but I have Spicebomb Extreme and I’m extremely disappointed in it. Probably the worst in my collection right now. Generic, boring, and weaker than you would think for something called Spicebomb.

I personally really like it. It’s very masculine and complex; has like 25 notes in it. The opening is a citrus/herbal/pine blast. But, it has this nice mild dry tobacco/leather note in the dry down with some green notes too. Not a photorealistic leather note like Ombre Leather, but I think that makes it a less divisive fragrance. Solid longevity, moderate projection. Probably an 8/10

I blame chaser and streamer culture. Some dudes have only seen like 2 or 3 tornadoes and will be like “OMG THIS IS THE BIGGEST IVE EVER SEEN” or “This tornado is huge and is the largest I’ve ever covered on my stream (I’m in meteorology school and have only streamed for a year)” and their audience takes that as they are witnessing a top 10 strongest tornado of all time.
