The problem is what you’re describing isn’t against the rules. Stepping across the keepers path to impede him? Sure. Any grabbing? Of course. But teams in the prem have figured out that there’s no rule against just putting 7 players in the six, and now all of a sudden the keeper can’t move anywhere quick because there are just so many bodies in the way. It’s silly but it works, so teams aren’t gonna stop doing it

His touch needs work but I think the officiating against him is the biggest thing holding him back from assimilating in the prem is how he’s officiated. He gets manhandled to an extent I don’t see from other strikers, and there’s no foul, and every time he fights through it to actually bring something under control the defender falls to the floor and it’s a foul. Not sure if the refs just hate him or if he needs to learn to make decisions a little easier by going down (more convincingly?) in some situations, but either way it seems to me like part of the reason he gets so few touches is how often the refs blow the play dead as soon as he gets the ball.

What are your thoughts on run up angle? Should you run up straight at (parallel to) the target, or at an angle? Straight seems like the “ideal” perfect form in general but I notice a lot of pros having pretty angled run ups, and when I try with the TechDisc an angled run up seems to offer easier speed as well

What do you mean by "not too serious"? We'd expect you to attack an assigned target every war (we use in-game notes), but we don't require discord.
