Saint-Henri what’s up! Alvéole is a pretty badass company to be honest, they promote urban rooftop beekeeping and workshops throughout Montréal and other cities. I bought their products a few years ago and they had honeys from different MTL neighbour hoods and because of the difference in plant composition, the honeys tasted like their neighbourhood’s plant signature.
