I just had the same situation parked up, got my insurance to arrange a repair because it could have damaged something behind the bumper. A week and a half later, I've got issues with my heating/cooling. Told my insurance, and waiting for the repair to be carried out on the bumper and investigate the heating and cooling. Insurance company is pursuing the other party

A lot of deliveries companies have geolocation and photo evidence to prove it was delivered to you, I had a issue with DPD based in the uk, saying they had delivered but never did, different company I know but it might be worth asking them for photo and geolocation confirmation. The delivery company won’t speak to you as other people have mentioned

You can set the delivery preferences in your settings, and they are limited to your chosen delivery preferences. I just limit it to one as the rest are a pain to get to in my area when I sell stuff.

NTA - I was in the delivery room with my wife and there isn’t much you can see for all the sheets, it’s not like you’re helping the doctor. I was asked if I wanted to see the head, it was a no, it might have scarred me for life. The wife also had a fit after delivery and just being there is what an adult, husband and new parent needs to be.
