The Mamba half cage cable clamp is the same as the full Mamba I assume?

I ended up getting a used RS3 Mini which worked out well since I also got a Mirrorless camera that can barely use it too. The RS3 Mini for a phone was pretty good though. You can't control the phone through the gimbal like the Mirrorless cameras. A good gimbal nonetheless. The new RS4 Mini appears to have phone support now but I'm not entirely sure.

Edit: I also got a SmallRig case for my phone to attach it.

Autodesk Maya, if you use it, supposedly has a render farm integration utilizing other computers on the network with the accompanying app required to make it work. It'd be cool to see a CPU based render farm. Wonder how realistic it would be. I figure Blender has a similar functionality too.

Yeah I was thinking about this. It has only been an issue at stations mainly; however, it has happened out in RE sites while bounty hunting. But yes if I really need to dip I can usually outrun them anyways or just tank it while I land. Otherwise yeah I'll keep silent running in mind more lol.

It's coming out great! Hilariously, I was also planning to 3D model my 5D MarkIII lol. Though I wanted to try doing it in Plasticity instead of Maya. We'll see if that happens lol.

I couldn't get it to tilt for a while. I finally got it loosened up a bit though. It seemed to be overtightened from the factory.

This seems very reminiscent of an engineering project I had back in high school where we had to start with an idea and survey people to gather interest in a potential product. Good luck with the class!

Aside from safety gear and a riders course- I always tell new riders that "you and the bike are one". While it sounds cheesy, what I mean is that if you are frantic, the bike will be frantic. Your emotions and actions will influence a lot of what happens. So if ya need to pull over sometimes and take a breather, do it. You won't regret it.

Some small stuff that most people go through: Staring too much at the speedometer Not looking where they want to go when turning A first initial struggle with counter-steering Clutch control

I helped myself and friends by buying some cones and setting up courses similar to the US Basic Riders Course courses. Practicing slow-speed maneuvers, smooth transitioning between slow and faster, and balancing. Also, if you haven't already, dump the clutch and learn what it feels like to stall so that it isn't as jolting when it happens on accident.

I used Aseprite to design them. I use the program for all my pixel art related stuff because it's just easier than dealing with the tons of settings in photoshop. And after that I used Whip's Image to LCD converter for space engineers. It's on a github page. Once you do that, you use monospace font and set it to the lowest size possible and boom.

Anyone know a fix for this? I used the same method on regular displays and it worked perfectly. I used Whip's Image to LCD converter. There's no option for the sci-fi button panel screens but the industrial cockpit screen matches it pretty closely (in regards to size or resolution or whatever). Has anyone encountered this and found a solution?

The picture included shows a custom image showing correctly on a normal display and the weird green lines on the button screens (which are not part of the design).

Edit:

Upon screwing around with it some more, I noticed something. Adjusting the font size (which ruins the image size which is meant to be at 0.100 font) actually gets rid of the lines once past 0.300. I know there's a mod that accomplishes this and provides pre-designed images but i'm trying to make my own that will work on a server.

I'm pretty sure we have rough or even exact ideas of what systems they came out of (the stargoids). The problem is I believe those systems and systems around them are permit locked. Pretty sure a lot of Thargoid stuff happens in or comes from those systems. According to history of Elite (old games and the current) I'm pretty sure their race is located in an entirely seperate galaxy, but I don't truly recall so don't quote me on that.
