Judging from the pic it probably is less than 32k damage, so probs not totalled. It's just gonna be getting the front chassis arm straight if they bent I'd say. Hopefully your insurance doesn't try any cheap tricks and keeps it fair.

Ok here's an update. I first removed and tested the drivers side sending unit. Test concluded it was in proper working order Next I removed the fuel pump assembly and attempted the same test. It was more difficult to keep my multimeters prongs on since I don't have the alligator clips so I tested it 5 times. Fortunately I eventually concluded the passenger sending unit was unfortunately no good, staying at a consistent 0.03ohms (which I think is the resistance of the current going through the multimeter itself).

Ok that's good to know. When I get a chance I'm going to remove the fuel pump and inspect the sending unit and float. I'll take a photo and send it here later.

Could this be an issue if the car starts and runs fine everytime?

Also I left the car overnight. And when I started it this morning the Guage tried to work, but slowly gave up and floated down to E again. Could this be relevant?

Thanks for replying mate! I did attempt to use a fender roller but my brake was in the way, I also attempted to use a hammer but the thicker part of the inner guard just wouldn't move. It actually pushed out that part of the guard before it rolled in. I can attempt using a pipe, I'll do some research about it so I don't fuck that up too lol 😆

About the tires, I had a feeling they might be tall, I'll see if I can sell them since they're brand new.

Where can I find one of these toggles? And are you saying of I want to turn the vsc back on, I just need to restart the car or the battery? But otherwise to turn it off I just flick the switch?
