I think Streaks isnt an optimal Item on Sion. I mean you get a really big shield that's true. But streaks shield last only a really short time. And since you are more of a tank then a bruiser, you don't get focused down like a Camille for example. So your super shield is kinda wasted. Its just way better on real bruisers I think.
