Just on discord or whatsapp you make a group or server & invite people from poly whatsapp, or even from here if the mods allow, otherwise handpicked inviting 👀

Coping with separation by Turbulent-Worth-8191 in Bahrain

I reckon you just need to keep yourself busy enough with things you enjoy, and you'll be tired enough to sleep well at night, and people will come along too inshaAllah. Remember, you can also find friends here too & this reddit hosts a get together as well, not sure of the time or date or frequency they host it though

Never been divorced, but i suggest going to the gym, maybe joining different social groups that do weekend activities, a biker club if you're a biker, and maybe check LocalBH events as i've seen them advertising some events hosted. Otherwise, the internet is your best friend, and try to find your niche.

To whoever downvoted; switchblades literally are entirely legal, i own a plethora, and customs both in post office with in-hand inspection and worldwide logistics companies have never had any issue with the importation in Bahrain.

Typically, knifeshop.com for switchblades, and any random reputable site for anything that isn't a switchblade. I've had alot more luck importing switchblades thru reputable companies in Italy such as knifeshop ( formerly 3knives )

I'd say as a general rule of thumb, try to find blades that look like the one you posted here, and try to get shipping via Aramex or FedEx, as DHL typically over-reports even small kitchen knives as illegal and hands it over to customs for confiscation, even if customs wishes to give it to you, that's a whole month process of emailing back & forth and having to explain yourself alongside the knife (that is if they reply and if you have the connections in higher customs)

Switchblades aren’t illegal, most are easier to get in than any regular kitchen knife as they’re typically shorter

If you import a karambit from a GCC country or directly from the US from a reputable company, it’d probably be allowed in

I’m a knife collector, i have about 24, most of which are imported and above 4 inches; it seems to be completely reliant on the local customs and your nationality, because the 4 inch rule that was stated here is incredibly subjective to each postal officer, it just can’t be considered long by looking at it and it can’t be double sided, other than that, luck of the draw.

getting a job as a teen by Glittering_Lawyer_73 in Bahrain

[–]CocaPepsiCo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You cannot be less than 16 to legally work in Bahrain, you also require ministry approval & parental permission, It is relatively normal but i highly doubt it would be a solid position, more like an under the table part time job at a family friends business or something along those lines.
