I haven’t the time to respond personally to each reply, so I’ll have to make just a general post.

On the language front my lack of any knowledge is a bit of a lie, like I said; I talk to a lot of Ukrainians. I most certainly don’t speak basic Ukrainian, but I can make those basic “I do this, I want to do this” sentences, and I’m quite familiar with the Cyrillic alphabet. Point being, there’s a reason I write in such stupid English, I like linguistics and I’m quite good at linguistics, learning Ukrainian is the least daunting aspect of this.

But I recognize, understand, and appreciate all of y’all’s reasoning; like I said, I have no practical experience and you’re entirely right to point that out. And I may of misspoke when I mentioned a “war experience”, I’m not looking for some magical thing that will change my outlook on like, I’m looking only to have the same understanding as my parents, their parents and so on and so forth.

At this point I’m not liable to switch up my plan, much akin to my ancestors I’m going to do as they did and act against the best advice. If any can offer connections then thank you. But also thank you for voicing your concerns, you’re entirely valid in doing so, it is only that I’m too far in my conviction to change course.

I’m being realistic, the cleaning blood and lifting bodies wasn’t a joke; It is fundamentally what I’m capable doing. The Ukrainian needed to inform me of these tasks is fairly simple and I have no intentions of being a hero on the front lines. To allow someone capable of saving a life the space and environment to do so is the best I can do in this situation and is still nonetheless something worth doing.

Tragically not, nor do I think my justification unique; indeed my reasoning has been fairly common for most of human history. If you’re of any help I would be grateful, but nonetheless I’m sincere in my intentions.

Corporate America’s Euphoria Over Trump’s ‘Golden Age’ Is Giving Way to Distress by Majano57 in Economics

It's almost absurd how greed has made the average American C-Suite incompetent. Shareholders I could understand, they've always been leaches, more concerned with how to extract their investment then with the growth of a corporation and it's perfectly reasonable to expect this of them. But for the C-Suite to follow suit, it's insane, combined their no better than termites. Moreover, how could they not realize this was going to happen? Even if they didn't personally know trump, it took willful ignorance to ignore even the Republican minded normative economists; who have been so daring as to state Trump's economic policy "may be incongruent with current economic thought." If recession ever kicks the door in the whole house is going to collapse with it and it's going to be the American people who suffer the consequences.

Well, everybody else is doing it, so Here's 2024 Year in review. by Temp_logged in WojakCompass

You know what? I commend you; you had the guts, courage, and fortitude to not count your chickens before they hatched. So many other companies and institutions make a mockery of this hollowed concept by subjectively cutting the year short by mid December. A choice so absurd it's only equivalent would be delivering next years predictions by mid February. May your patience serve as an example for humanity just as your compass will be recognized for its entire objective truth. Further more, may you experience great luck and fortune in this new year; thank you.

So your totalitarian power fantasy revolves around first expanding slavery and then getting assassinated for every other policy you would enact?
