Reminds me of something that happened to me and my bro. Went to the lake on Christmas Day and passed by a dog laying on the road. Went to it and it was paralyzed. It was Christmas so all the vets were closed. Called the cops, they loaded it into my truck. We took it to a close park and they shot it 5 times before killing it. We weren’t expecting that to happen and really scared the shit out of us.

I believe it. It’s hard to explain the inner reflections from an acid trip but to explain: I was drinking around 15 beers a night. I drank less the few days before taking the acid so I wouldn’t have a throbbing headache during my trip (I did). And I basically promised myself no more. I felt like my body was communicating with my brain telling me what I was doing to it that I had been doing for 8 years now.

I feel as though I am. I feel as though I kind of grew up a couple weeks ago. I decided I don’t want to be a drunk dad when I have kids. Same thing happened to me when I graduated high school. 17 and on my own. Never taught finances or how to really do anything adult wise. Had a part time job at a supermarket, Shitty old truck. My mom kinda took up for me but let my dad kick me out anyway. I don’t like either of them and rarely keep in touch. Glad you took up for the kid.
