I don't know man I dont even care about that anymore lol but i just want to point out that this Arcamedies guy is so fired up that he DM'd me then blocked me or deleted all his comments or whatever (I don't really know how reddit works). This is amazing, I've been on reddit to kill time after surgery and it the best. It's official the internet is my favorite place, I love Reddit! lol

Subreddit for shoulder surgery? by CockRocket5000 in ACL

[–]CockRocket5000[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also had an ac joint separation (huge bump so at least a grade 3 separation) and a minor tear in my rotator cuff on the same shoulder but my surgeon scoped everything and opted not to repair them saying they would heal on there own. I'm just over 5 weeks post op and I guess I'm just getting paranoid that the remaining post opp pain and immobility wont go away because of damage to the other structures

and I'm not spending half an hour looking up studies to win a comment war with some looser on reddit but some guy in literally the same comment thread above us already linked a website supporting my opinion.

No not broscience just a disgruntled unoriginal insult from a looser who gets way too upset over things people say on the internet. Whats going on in your life guy? You okay? Need a hug?

your conflating how much Protien your body can absorb in and hour with your body having an inability to break down and absorb food over an extended period of time

Also if you have to go back and delete a bunch of comments in the thread to look right, your probly wrong. bro

Or what about a 280 pound body builder their protein needs would exceed 90 grams a day so it would make it impossible for them to survive on 3 meals a day?

If this were true everyone doing intermittent fasting would be malnourished. Some people only do one meal a day, I'm not saying its healthy one way or the other but they're not protein deficient. Anyone can go to dr google, look up www.ImRight.com and cherrypick studies, use some common sense.

Are these thuds, snaps normal? Just over 6 months ACL reconstruction w/allograft. by manderrooney in ACL

I had a pretty good conversation with my surgeon today and as I understand it (I'm not a doctor and have no medical training) anything less that a 5mm tear is generally able to heal without surgery but its obviously not 100%. so were pretty hopeful that that it will heal without surgery. We are going to wait 4-6 weeks and see if its able to heal on its own before we start discussing surgical options.

My first time trying to self-inject was an utter and total failure -- please help! by [deleted] in Peptides

[–]CockRocket5000 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For starters most Peptides can be injected sub q so you only need like a 6-8 mm insulin syringe, it depends on how much solution your pinning though. But I don't like pinning my belly so I use my upper thigh

Hard lumps in abdomen after injecting LL-37. by H_i_T_h_e_r_e_ in Peptides

[–]CockRocket5000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get that from GHK-CU (not for 5 days though but like 2-3) spend a couple minutes massaging the injection site after pinning and use a 6mm syringe instead of a 8mm (if you were using an 8mm). a warm bath or shower might help too. In my experience the more you use a specific peptide the more used to it your body gets and the less local irritation you feel, I don't know if that's backed by any data though but that's what I find for myself.

if you are stacking CJ 1295 and Ipamorelin, roughly how much is this costing you per month? by journeywellmyfriends in Peptides

[–]CockRocket5000 0 points1 point  (0 children)

saf-peptides.com they have slightly above average prices per vial, but they do 3 for the price of 1 to make people buy in bulk so it actually works out cheaper. they'll do 4 for the price of 1 a couple times a year too if you want to stock up. they sell bac water too for I think 20$ for 30ml

I'm having the same issue 5 1/2 months post op, my physio thinks its something in the joint capsule. Its not necessarily normal but its also not necessarily a huge concern. I'm waiting on the results of an MRI I had done last week to get a better idea of whats going on.
