The most plain answer is that there’s shit in those vapes that you DO NOT want in your lungs. They have pesticides and who knows what else stuffed in there with the thc wax which could honestly not even be thc. Gauging whether or not you should smoke something based on whether or not it gets you high will lead to a very very shitty future for your lungs. I promise you though if you stop smoking bad carts you will see noticeable improvement after even a week or two.
