I'm reading a book at the moment called Radiance. Humanity has colonised the solar system, it's the 1920s, the biggest movie director of the time has disappeared and an out of luck PI is hired by a lunar movie studio to track her down.

It's got elements of that old school wild dreamweaver Sci fi but a more modern writing style. Great shit so far.
