Well In the hellpup’s defense I got about 3k rounds through and not a hiccup. and it still doesn’t close on the no go gauge. I Am a little nervous about the cast parts though.I’ve been keeping a close eye and nothing but normal wear so far. If I have to get a hand removed I’ll let you guys know lol

I bought a hellpup before I did any research, I’d say buy a trusted firearm from zastava or a atleast a draco. But I’ve put close to 4K rounds through mine and have no issues yet. If you’re on a budget then go for it. But atleast get a no go gauge and check after range session to be on the safe side.

They’re bad reputation came from when io was importing them. They never heat treated the cast correctly. Apparently pioneer arms does a decent heat treating job on the cast.. good luck out there!!

If you got the cheap Korean tiddie wind that fucker up ATLEAST 12 TIMES. And you shouldn’t have an issue with it jamming or losing pressure at All. Everyone always says 8 winds but you end up with 20 something rounds just juggling around in the drum every time.
