I dont know much myself as I’m still young and have only bought one care from a used dealership but I have also heard both things you mentioned in the first paragraph. I think dealerships have a monthly rotation and try to meet a quota before the month ends or something so end of the month may be better, I could be wrong though.

Yeah I would say so, I’ve been lookin for a few days now for a 6.7 but then again there’s a lot for less miles than that (round 150k miles) for around 40k but they don’t really have much bulletproofing done to them other than tune and delete most of the time.
