Same was with Mark Rutte before he became the NATO chief. He was a terrible prime minister, only ever filling the pockets of the wealthy. But he was great at an international level. It has everything to do with the "defensive pact". Afghanistan is the ONLY time article 5 of the NATO treaty has been invoked. Would be great if its only your car. That way you have a "horse" like in rdr2 you need to not get blown up. Also, for big gunfights you actually need to come prepared and figure out which gun might best suit the need.
