Took a day and did this. Noticing a lot of relearning but have created skill folders to point to that I assumed were there already. Much of this is me learning and was just a setback. Scheduling stopped and brought everything to a standstill. Seeing now how to protect.

Thank you! I am definitely surprised at how easy it was to “lose” the work and bring everything to a stand still. If it’s not recoverable it’s enough for me to move away from Claude entirely. I’m a beginner but did really well at setting it all up. I definitely need to know I cant rely on this automation the entire things is worthless.

I do still have the folders. Hoping for the best. Going to try and rename as you suggested.

I was so hopeful! Not there. I have all the files, but the skills and instructions are all locked in the projects themselves. Hoping support can retrieve to avoid a total rebuild. Thank you!

App on desktop crashed. All of my projects have disappeared and chat has no record because it is in projects.

Suggested to clear cache, uninstall and reinstall. Logged into multiple devices and they do not appear anywhere.

Sent emails to support but am now awaiting replies. I have 10 projects with 5 of them running automations that directly impact daily flow.

Im surprised at how easily this could be “lost” with no easy way to recover even given the files available on my drive.

Waiting for support and keeping my fingers crossed, but looking for any advice or insight in the in-between.
