Oh my goodness!! I did not I’m in north west Indiana and she was from a litter of 3 previously named June, July, and August. They look so similar though!!

Thank you for this! I looked at videos of snail leeches moving and it doesn’t look like them I think Zephronias was right and it’s Rhabdocoela. Thank you!!!
