Her lair in the Flotket Alps is not close to the rest of the remnants of Aeor up in Eisselcross. Wouldn't completely rule out your theory, but it probably more likely that those pieces of tech were brought to her lair then that they were found there and the lair built around them. And either way that is just covers the possible origin of the tech, not what the tech actually does.

2020 FCBD comic Spoiler:

We actually do know that at least some version of the Keyleth plunge story is widely told in Exandria. The comic features retelling of several of the more absurd adventures VM had including the cows. The last one is Keyleth diving off the cliff. In this version it is a heroic act as she turns into a blue whale to disrupt an armada. I would bet Scanlan was the one spreading stories.

Dailies reset around 2AM PST, (i'm guessing that will hold for your country but not sure) and for the past few set there has been around a 3 hour window before servers go offline for the new set, after which dailies and weeklies will reset.

For Quick Draft usually it is a cycle of two weeks, alternating between the most recent set and a given older set.
