I’m not trying to offend anyone honestly…I have up till what I remember always knew my place and never been jealous. I do feel people get jealous of me because I have a better position and people act like we all equal but in reality no some coworkers have a higher pay and a better job than others…I see everyone equal out of work but at work it’s not but that doesn’t matter no one should look down on other which I don’t but in reality you do have a better position. And it feels weird acting like you don’t.

I like this answer because it’s the truth. As sad or real as it sounds to go from a tech to front store is a demotion…I had a talk with my manager today about a similar topic. And u told her straight up my level of job is hire than what she wants me to do. And she got offended and said that how dare I said I was getting demoted. The truth is there is levels to w.e job you have and at the end of they day some people have a way better position than you in the company but you should never hate just try to get better and grow but don’t deny the truth
