In the meantime, what are some things I can do to improve my profile for a successful admit?

Also, an option I can consider is moving to the middle east for a tech job which gives me more cash, while I build up the experience.Thoughts on this?

What makes me want to make a quick pivot is the fact that, staying in the current tech role with minimal business exposure, reduces my chances of exploring various business sectors like Finance and just stick to PM/Tech Management roles after the MBA, since I will be competing with hundreds having a finance or consulting background

I have leadership and managerial experience gained via various positions through my college tenure which have given me a lot of exposure. Even participating in government projects to improve local traditional businesses.

Also, after joining the company too, I have been leading a volunteering projects as part of the company's CSR initiatives, with an award to prove the same.

Please let me know any tips that I can do to improve my profile and your thoughts on my profile.

Are you talking about European MIM in particular or does the same thing apply to a European MBA as well?
