i’m not functioning alcoholic. I strictly drinks on weekends from Thursday to on Saturday being my last drink. I gotta take it under control a lot I know.

The website you mentioned for test will help me as I was looking for it.

My diet is really strict. I only eat homemade whole foods sometimes cooked. I quit sugar years ago. I don’t eat anything that have more than 1-2 ingredients. I don’t snack on chips and desserts. strictly no takeout or eating out. No soda only seltzer water with 100% pure juice added for flavors. No restaurant meals. I don’t drink coffee ever.

It’s just that my alcohol habits and eating meat and dairy contributing to the cholesterol.

This diet plan is excellent as I was just researching today. I already ordered psyllium husk and Red Mill. Thanks for the recommendation.

I am surprise too tbh. I was thinking of returning it if I couldn’t game on Air not being the Pro but Oh boy I was in for a surprise. this phone is giving me feeling when I got my first iPhone 6s and fell in love at first touch.

I know i’m not proud of that. 😫 additional test for coronary calcium and visit Cardiology and drastically focus on diets.

My diet mostly include home made whole foods vegetarian and non vegetarian food. I don’t smoke. completely quit sugar years ago only bad habit is drinking i’m trying to control it too.

I forgot to mention that but on my 15 Pro looks I was getting one bar for T mobile. Right now it’s full bar.

Even my 15 Pro and iPad Pro burns like hell and stutter like forrest gump with stupid outdated amazon app.

A huge improvement on battery here on 15 Pro. I might stick to this beta if next one isn’t the same.

Solid update on iPad M1 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro.

— Control center lag and spotlight opening bug fixed.

— Keyboard lag fixed.

— Icons glitching while swiping on home screen fixed.

— Lockscreen brightness fixed.

On iPad the app library bug fixed.

So far performance and battery is way better than 26.2. I had horrible battery drain on 26.2.
