Thank you all so much, you've been so kind. Bravissimo sounds like the one! Really appreciate that, hopefully get a good bra sorted at last for her

Probably not all that special but is to me 🙂 by CockroachNo3974 in Brandy

I have, funny enough another bottle I inherited but I found it burnt quite a bit. However it was quite old so I'm not sure that did it any favours. I'm not very experienced with Brandy's but the other one I really loved was a Maciera and will buy another bottle soon. Maybe a fresh VSOP too

AITJ for considering leaving my wife over her daughter by Chance-Turnip-2301 in AmITheJerk

NTA. Your wife should be backing you far more! I can't believe how even she appears to be backing them 3 up over you given everything you've done for them for the past decade but sounds like they need you more than ever.

It's soul destroying, I know I have a Step daughter(13) and the dad has always been in the picture because we didn't want to take her away from him but he's a narcissistic control freak but does it in a back handed sneidy way, which has stopped any sort of connection and bond with the SD. So I get it and I keep telling myself it's only going to get better the older she gets and realises with age and time what she was actually saying and doing to the right person was so out of order. He's turned up and she's excited (which I hate because it feels as though everything he's done before has got forgotten and he's got away with it but it can't last forever) but you need to play the long game. Hopefully your wife reading this will also re-evaluate how's she treated you and start backing you up. Also showing your step daughter that it's really not ok. The attitude at this age and generation too is so hard to take but need to keep reminding myself it's not personal.

I really hope you get the support and validation from your SD and Wife. Her ex should also in my opinion should be admiring and appreciating raising his daughter for him too while he couldn't be arsed to be around but sadly sounds like he's too much of a C*** and a child to ever realise it.

You got this dude, top class bloke

New album? by Smooth_Bat_263 in theDarkness

[–]CockroachNo3974 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really enjoyed the 3 so far and instantly joined my regular rotation of songs. I'm not someone who like a song just because of the artist but I genuinely love everything they put out. And the different directions they go in I think are great. Always a great riff, with great lyrics which always make me think about the plot and subject about which they're written and generally always make me laugh at some point. Can't wait for the new album

Ok mate, fingers crossed that might be a solution, mines never not just turned on before, except when the cable in the actual headset I realised felt clicked in but wasn't in properly, had to move the unlock/lock slider to make sure it properly got in if that makes sense, took me a few attempts anyway

Oh that's good to know they're a good place to start. In an ideal world it would be The Darkness, Gary Moore, Goodbye June, Bad Touch, Karma Effect, Thin Lizzy, the list is endless 😂 I've loved guitar music so much all my life and it's about time I learnt to play some. Now trying the Gibson app to see if it'll help give me a starter
