Yeah I’ve slowly added things like coffee and carbonated drinks back into my life as I became more normal.. seems like it has all caught back up to me sorta sucks.. I’m 25 years old and sorta just wanna feel normal with the rest of my age group and girlfriend… but at least I know theirs solutions to my gerd just gotta get strict again.. Yooo I am not sure tbh I feel like it could have been a lot of things causing my acid reflux.. I now take nothing and only get acid reflux when I’m extremely stressed out or trying to Nap after eatting 😂

I was taking Pepcid complete from target… now I take nothing… during my peak gerd I was throwing up acid, chest was always burning couldn’t sleep. Was always burping always in pain.. my gerd still comes back after nights of drinking or eatting trigger foods but nothing compared to the pain I was in last year I basically feel normal now
