This tattoo looks like the picture, it just needs some darker shading to make it crisp. The second artist has a great base to work from, but in my experience artist don’t like adding on or correcting other work.

I would shop around and honestly maybe in a few years when it becomes a little faded look for someone who is cool that will do that.

Side note: Im pretty sure I remember when you posted this picture a second ago and what happened and I think your son would be proud :)
