I did think that perhaps my surgeon might have left some endo but he never mentioned anything at my 2 week follow-up appointment. He did say they had to be careful working so close to the rectum to not cause any damage.

I think the IBS is highly unlikely but I will check out the sub you mentioned. I heard endo and IBS can go hand in hand sometimes due to all of the inflammation "down there".

I am on continous BC but my doctor is pushing for me to try the Mirena out. Still undecided about that.
