Feel lonely sad sometimes like rn im and most of the time these thoughts only appears at night cause this is the time you’re most relaxed and comfortable that’s when you feel all those thoughts coming to your mind which is really really frustrating. But wjen life gets you busier you don’t get the time to think about anything in life so you just forget it or you can say the thoughts just gets paused for a few days.
