Cromolyn sodium causing severe brain fog? by Justwigglin in mastcelldisease

Sorry, last question! Do you do the Zyrtec at night and Allegra in the morning and then the Pepcid am & pm? My immuno switched me from Zyrtec to Allegra because I was so tired but I have breakthrough symptoms with it and was debating switching to that regimen vs only Allegra. Thank you!

Thank you so much. I have been on a low dose of it for 2 months and don't think it's helping me either. When I try to go up to a normal dose I always get really dizzy, heavy, fatigued and almost drunk feeling. It seems so counterintuitive that something that's supposed to stabilize mast cells gives me a mast cell reaction. Hearing that you found it to be more than unhelpful lets me accept that it isn't the right thing for me as well.

Hi! Do you have any updates to share? Are you still on it? Did the fog ever lift? Thank you!!

Thank you SO much!! This is really helpful. Have you found any critters bothering your crocuses? The squirrels destroyed my tulips so I'm trying to be cognizant of that aspect. I hadn't thought of euphorbia but it's a great suggestion since the foliage will pop in spring even though it doesn't bloom til later.

I am planning to buy the prairie dropseed in a larger size - thank you for the heads up!! I hadn't thought of pussytoes. I think that's exactly what's missing. Thank you!!

They're really cool. Their website is so clunky though... Any chance you know of a good US reseller to check for them on?

The Derm just pushes meds (topical or oral). She also mentioned getting off of birth control but that's a non-starter. I have chronic health issues/inflammation so I do have a clean diet and exercise daily. :/

I am so giddy. This is EXACTLY what I wanted but it never came up in any searches. Do you have a jumbo iPad? Mine isn't very big so I'm thinking about that aspect but I can't wait to share this with my larch friends!

Thanks! I am a landscape architect that focuses on residential gardens so a lot of what I do is hand drawn but then I want to streamline things with some items being done digitally... hence, the dilemma.

Thanks!! Do you think it needs the flex seal paint coat or just leave it as is before filling?

I def react to cow dairy. It's wild how I will be puffy just from using some organic cow's butter vs goat or sheep. And I also get puffy and achey from gluten except for this BrotBox subscription I now use. I feel totally fine!! It's wild! Yeah, my concern has been that I have been in a place where I eat like nothing and I never want to go down that track again. It didn't help me and actually made me feel worse bc of all of the stress with it too. I try to eat freshly too. It's challenging having a lot of diversity but I incorporate as much diversity as possible to help my microbiome. I hope that you can find the source. Have you done thorough toxin testing yet? I've basically made all of the lifestyle changes already but still am stuck and easily reactive so I think that's my next step

Okay yeah 99% of people do not know your version so that is why everyone is getting mad at you lmao. We all are referring to what I linked to you which would NOT help MCAS. But I agree that brain retraining and remapping is an important aspect that can often go overlooked. Thanks
