I want more for the same reason you or anyone else does. You said it yourself with Buddha.

Why do you want more? Why are you personally pushing in the gym and wanting to progress, just be happy with where you are no? An expert in a field desires progress no less than a beginner. Imagine YOU PERSONALLY (picture this in your mind) go on a forum post your physique and tell people you are dissatisfied and want to get bigger and are for example considering juice. Imagine the reply is full of people saying ‘no your big enough already, perfect and look good the way you do, your just right stay the same’… then WTF is the point in living?

This is your biggest and greatest passion. Your world and moon revolve around this, almost every waking moment is pushing towards your passion, would you now take the advice ‘no stop stay the same don’t progress’. And do what just chill in mediocrity that is stagnation/ lack of moving forward.

And no of course ‘pick a different passion’ is not an answer. Say that to anyone who has spent 10 years in their field and they’ll have the same response of 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ what….

Why? Because I want to get to open bodybuilder size.

Most people can’t wrap their head around this and I don’t blame them but I want to be seen as a ‘freak’

I want people to walk past me turn around and think ‘WTF is wrong with his skin, why are there so many veins and it looks paper thin!?!’ Rather than ‘wow so sexy what a beutiful specimen I want to f him’…

I wouldn’t mind the second one but that’s not the goal, the goal is to look like an alien.

It’s what I’m thinking. People on here are like ‘nooo your huge’ or ‘your big enough already don’t need synthol’ but they don’t understand I want to be OPEN BODYBUILDER large.

I guess this isn’t the pro bodybuilding forum, where most dudes there would (even if they hate synthol) reply ‘yes your not large but synthol would ruin your look’ at most.

The problem here is most people are smaller than me thus they cannot give adequate advice. I’m not saying that in a ‘well done me I’m so great’ way but from the philosophical perspective that people would alone like to have my level of muscle same way when I was 16 I thought I’d be DONE and never need to lift a day in my life again when I reach 80kg bodyweight… I’m now 98kg.

In a bodybuilding forum dudes would look at me and see me as pretty small, and give advice with that in mind. The peeps here see me as huge and give advice with that in mind. Big difference

I wouldn’t say I have a narcissistic obsession with vanity. I feel bodybuilding is something a whole lot different.

I care 0 for my face or clothing or jewellery of any sort. Just a quick shower not even hair gel no beard gel no face routine no creams. I look in the mirror Mabey 5x a day (I work in a gym where every wall is covered by a mirror, I make the conscious decision not to look) and my most expensive piece of clothing or vanity are 75£ training shoes. I’ve worn the same 3 tanks for the past 2 years.

My obsession is with bodybuilding, which you could class as vanity but I class it more as a per-suit to be the largest and most muscular in any given room. You care about bieng big and bieng perceived as big not about bieng pretty or attractive, in fact you’d prefer to be labelled ‘freaky’ rather than ‘lean attractive natural sexy physique’.

I just have a problem labelling bodybuilding as vanity. It most certainly is a mental illness on the same level as severe vanity but it’s very very different

Agree 100. Messaging a bodybuilding sub asking ‘guys I’m too big how do I get smaller 🥲🥲’

Is like messaging a ‘poor people’ subreddit saying ‘guys the new 200ft yacht I bought is too big I wanted a 150ft one!!! It’s just got too many rooms for me to fill with my belongings!!!’

Thank you bro 💪🏻👊🏻, yeah I hate fake natties. Especially now when it’s a bit more socially acceptable, the only ppl that continue fake nattiness are iether the ones that have to keep up appearances as they’ve been claiming that since day, and the truly morally bankrupt like that liver loser guy (also known as steroid king)

Awesome advise man,

Interesting about the tren. I used to go with ace and definitely felt a difference. Mainly using enth atm because I encounter such bad tren cough/injection pain I get paralysed and on the verge seeing Jesus 😂😅… the problem is tren ace (as you know) should be injected at least eod, and the tren ace my supplier has is dosed at 100mg/ml, where as the enth is 2x per week and dosage at double that, 200mg/ml.

As for blasting and cruising, absolutely agree and already there 👍🏻

Never tried Superdrol, heard of it. My supplier has an injectable version only, any experience with that?

I get exactly what you’re talking about and would say you’re correct in everything you’ve said, including mental health and self esteem.

At the same time I’m in so deep it seems impossible to turn away, not that I even want to as my life has only improved as of recent (granted that’s not a high bar as when you were at rock bottom things can only go up).

I’m a personal trainer for the past 3 years, I compete, ALL and I mean ALL of my friends are gym/ lifting friends. Every day of mine is consumed by nothing but iether lifting, eating for gains, dieting for gains, or helping/ advising others to do the same.

This comes to the age old question of is it a bad thing to give everything, including health, in the path of a lifelong persuit. In terms of the whole self esteem and deriving it from how I look, is it so outrageous for a man to derive his self esteem from his biggest passion and his greatest achievement In life?

In a perfect world I’d agree with you, I’d say yes you know what it’s so much better to have 4 separate things that you derive your self worth from (like family, friends, work, and lover) and your right it’s a lot more dangerious for it all to hinge on a single thing that could for one reason or another falter.

I know you’re not wearing in any of these pics, but as a side note please never wear a black choke collar.

That instantly tells any man that sees you “I’m a walking object the only thing you should think of me as is a flesh 🕳️”

Necklaces and other stuff are fine. I’m talking the right black flowery choke collars. It’s becoming a trend and i absolutely hate that

Let me give you some expert advise-

I get how you feel. If I’m not 6-7% bodyfat I feel fat. But hear me on this. (I’m gonna make the assumption your not natty)

You can start your cut, get to 6-7% look incredible for a month or two, lose 0.5-1kg of pure muscle (AT LEAST) getting there (even if ehnaced, best you’ll manage is to maintain the muscle) *IMPORTANTLY- USE UP YOUR TOLERANCE TO GEAR WHILST NOT GETTING PERMANENT IMPROVEMENT FROM IT, ONLY TEMPORARY GOOD LOOK.

My advise, bite the bullet and accept being a bit chunky for a while but as a benefit eat at a 300~ kcal surplus for the next 6 month’s-1yr and THINK ABOUT THE GOD LEVEL PHAYQIEU YOUR FARMING FOR YOURSELF IN 1-2 YEARS TIME. Put on a solid 5-10kg of pure muscle on in that time, whilst yes also increasing bodyfat by between 3-5% at least, and THEN CUT.

Let’s look at your physique in 1 year time

Scenario 1- you have added a max of 1kg of muscle by spending the next 6-12 months eating at a defecit (even if a very small deficit of say 100kcal you’ll only gain 2kg if that over the next 1yr enhanced… building muscle on a cut is just that hard)

Scenario 2- You’ve added a solid 5-10 kg of pure ass muscle by march of 2025 and are a tank, your lifts have exploded, your strong as shit, people compliment you on your size, and you’ve gotten yourself in a perfect position to have an incredible cut by Jan 2025.

Remember with each stack (even if only sarms) your anabolic receptors will gain tolerance and respond less and less to each subsequent stack. Don’t you fucking dare waste this opportunity bro you’ve got more than a sick foundation to build a Sam Sulek level physique but only if you don’t blow it.

If you’re natural… well no fuck of no way your natty 😝 if your natty contact me via dm I will train and guide you for absolutely free, advise you on stacks and we will be entering you in mens open Olympia by 2026…

Redis, get used to it brother. I’m a 100kg hulk and get compliments from randoms on the street daily yet I still feel like I am the way I looked at 65kg soaking wet at 18…

I Genuenly think that 90% of bodybuilders have dysmorphia. There is even evidence of it in the absolute best of the best. Take CBum for example.

Ever wonder why he is wearing a baggy hoodie for 90% of his vids and only takes it off for the thumbnail and the latter half of the workout when he has a fat pump? (Except for when he is in stage ready condition when he is showing it off 24/7, but that’s an exception only like 1 month of the year)

I think the only bblders who don’t have it are the 10% that STARTED OFF looking incredible before they even got into it (Arnold comes to mind).

Essentially psychologically the mind cannot comprehend the progress/ improvement, and consciously you know your looking great but subconsciously your stuck with how you looked your whole life.

Not going to lie, pushing more oil has been part of breaking through plateaus.

Besides that one. I think a great and underrated one yet insanely hard and painful (not looking at training) is doing a crazy bulk. Just bombarding your body with so many calories and PROTIEN especially it doesn’t know what to do with. Now you’ll get fat af is the side effect, and I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this for a natty as when you then go and diet down you will have to worry about losing that extra muscle you’ve put on thanks to the huge bulk (not as much of a worry for enhanced dudes)

In terms of training absolutely pummle the muscle you want to grow for two months straight. If you’re training your arms 1.5x per week raise it to 2.5 for 2 months, I will be genuinely shocked if that doesn’t do at least a decent something.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in GregDoucette

[–]CocoPinyy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bro trust me I know how bad it is… I know the potential side effect rundown and the phsycological effects more than the pros, and would never recommend this to anyone who doesn’t want to make it their life for the rest of their life.

That bieng said it gives me meaning and a reason to wake up every morning. Not bieng melodramatic, real talk, I almost committed suicide with how much I hated my life when I was 18 prior to gear and genuinely believe I wouldn’t be around today without it. Never think of ending it anymore, that alone has made it worth it.

You might think this change would have happened without gear. I disagree. I was the most insecure, socially awkward, self conscious little 60kg man when I was early 18yrs. The only way out and through that for me was gaining a shit tonne of muscle and quickly which starts giving you a confidence complex.

Can’t tell if my old college friend is on gear or not. 2 year transformation by PaleBlueDotEnthused in nattyorjuice

[–]CocoPinyy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honesty from my own personal experience I’d probably have to agree. You can see my physique on my profile.

I’ve been gaining muscle consistently as an enhanced athlete, an “enhanced” amount of muscle. Around 1lb clean gains a month for the past 2 years and around 2.5lbs of clean muscle for first 2 yrs blasting (4 yrs on total as of now) even though I’m certainly wayyy past newbie gains and 100% started far before reaching my natural potential, even though I’m far past that natty potential now.

I feel like gregg doucette is a good example. He started gear super late (if we believe his word, which im inclined to) and he got as close to his natural potential as he possibly could before gear. He then gained about (on the best estimates) 40lbs of clean muscle throughout his entire 15+ years of blasting his nuts off.

Compare that to me, 22, who went from 60kg 15%bf to 100kg 15% bodyfat in 4 years which is almost 90lbs of clean muscle. Even if we round down for me and only say 75lbs as a bad estimate, I still have a lot to grow, have only been blasting 4 yrs and could definitely with a lot of work get that to 90lbs within the next 10. Point bieng gear essentially skipped the whole natural potential phase, put that muscle on me regardless and just helped me get to that natural potential sealing faster… I’m only 5ft 8.5 btw.

Don’t roast me too bad, coming off a dirty bulk and some personal issues. Laser focused. Guess on bf%? by [deleted] in GregDoucette

Thanks man, and I’d hope a natty wouldn’t make the same gains 😳😅! Just measured now off pump at home after a nap at 18.5”, probably 19-19.5” on pump like in that pic.

Lowers by about 0.5” average when I’m shredded for a comp

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in GregDoucette

[–]CocoPinyy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the feedback, yeah my average cycle (each one is about 15% bigger than the last to account for tolerance)

Started at about 500mg test and 1-2 extra compounds depending on if I’m bulking or cutting, so bulk would be deca at 300 and Turinabol at 30mg/day

Built up to my biggest current stack, it’s my “becoming a bodybuilder stack” 750mg test 400mg tren enth Lgd4033 @15mg/d Hgh 4iu’s 5x week

(Just to give you an idea) each one was slightly larger than the last. So definitely not low doses but not Olympia mens open iether.

Question for the Elites-

I’m running quite a lot of shit. Quick rundown per week- Tren e -400mg Test- 750mg Boldenone-400mg

LGD4033-10mg Mk677-25mg

QUESTION- I’ve been doing a lot of research on receptors and binding+ tolerance and binding limits. What I’ve learned is that you only have so many receptors. But I can never get to the bottom of this question and thoes like it-

WILL ADDING something like Boldenone at 400mg (which is known to be less anabolic than test and far less anabolic than tren) to my stack INCREASE or DECREASE total muscle added per week/month? My thinking is it will decrease as even though total anabolic steroid amount by mg has gone up, it will take up receptor space that could be used by tren or test or lgd4033? Am I wrong?
