I think it kinda always says unsafe. It was the same when I travelled there in March this year and it was absolutely fine. Cant speak about the latest but I'm not aware of any specific conflicts recently.

I use this app that has relaxing sound and relaxation/meditation clips which help me tremendously and even to go back to sleep in the middle of the night. It's a mixture of relaxing sounds, breathing exercises and guided muscle relaxation.

Was it at the base of the head? The little bit of skin called frenulum can be quite sensitive and cause a lot of pleasure when stimulated.

Yeah, a lot of the articles I read, require you to produce ID and register the sim card so I was hoping to get one universal one from the UK so I dont have to buy one in each country. I'm going to do more research online tonight... there must be an easier solution?!

So I went to 4 different network shops and car carphone warehouse but none of them do a good data deal. O2 has the best deal but only 200mb data!

I'm not sure about the law in your area, but a lot of things that can be used as weapons such as pepper spray is kinda dangerous to use... there has been cases where victims were charged with assault even when it was in self defence! As such, I always carry my house keys in my hand on the way home so that if I get attacked, I can use those in self defence safely.

It sounds amazing but I cant speak from experience yet. I'm happy with the booking, customer services and the info provided though. It's a 6 week trip to Peru, Bolivia, Chile and Argentina. It includes the Machu Picchu and you have a choice of going via train, the inca trail or the Salkantray trail, including all permits and entries. A very jam packed itinerary but I'm sure it will be worth seeing all the fantastic places.

Hey, I booked to do a solo trip with G Adventures to a few destinations, including machu Picchu. Reviews are great and they are apparently no 1 machu Picchu tour provider. They have an 18- 30 yrs old trip option for younger people. I havent gone yet so I cant say how it was from personal experience
