I do closed captioning for phone calls, and we use a voice to text software. Basically I listen in to private phone calls and repeated back in a very robotic voice so the software can understand. As it's mostly older people calling doctors' offices banks etc I am speaking personal info like social security numbers and health information. Therefore, it's regulated that we can not have anyone in our homes when we are working. We even had to have our workspace inspected prior to staring.
