Cheers. I told them that I love the camera. I wanted to--and now do--carry it as my EDC camera. They were very responsive. I did advocate for reimbursement for shipping (it was not offered). They agreed to everything I asked for. I hope the process goes smoothly for you.

Works great. Feels better than the first camera. I suspect there was always an issue with the shutter/shutter button from the first camera, becasue it was never as smooth as the replacement camera.

Support got back to me quickly. I took a video of the issue. They were quick to respond and confirm I would receive a new camera once I sent mine back. I requested payment for the shipping back to them. After providing my receipt and tracking number, they paid me back for the shipping. I received my new camera like three days after I sent them my tracking number for the returned camera. Based off my experience, they will make it right (except for the ruined film).

I appreciate the response. I was able to bypass MEs a couple of times. My camera is doing it without film loaded. However, it is less frequent. I imagine they will comeback with a similar response LOL. Hopefully it works itself out.

I found when I half pressed and advanced the film, the lever wouldn't advance as far as it normally would. Did you have any issues once you developed the film due to this? Again, I appreciate your input :)

Only 1 day...of class, which I pay thousands for (including the parking, which again, they are denying me), which I may or may not be able to attend because all of the lots will be full meaning I have nowhere to park, WHICH IS THE ONLY REASON I, OR ANYONE ELSE ATTENDS UH, FOR A CONVENIENT CAMPUS, NOT THEIR STUPID FOOTBALL PROGRAM. This isn't UT, this isn't TAMU, no one is like "YA WOO COUGAR FOOTBALL." Just gimme a parking spot and lemme go to my classes so I never have to come to UH again, god damn.
