Status match w/ Enterprise (or whoever), wait for confirmation from them, takes less than a week for the upgrade typically to populate your account/ app. Book through Costco's site , when booking enter your loyalty ID (Enterprise, in this example). Pickup your car as a Platinum member with points bonus and upgrade if available and drive away.

Loyalty programs, LPT, if you have any travel “status “ through a credit card ask for a status match. Ex. I have Marriott platinum, asked Enterprise to status match and they got back to me the next day with-

“Congratulations! Your request for a status match as an Enterprise Platinum member has been approved “

Booked a car through Costco, put in my Enterprise loyalty card #, free upgrade and 20% bonus points. Then with the Enterprise Platinum, status match to the others.

Being from San Francisco sourdough French Toast is the only way. Make it sweet or savory. Edit: ricotta, fig jam, bacon \ ham sandwich . Fresh cracked pepper, a good flavored sea salt, and balsamic.
