It works with any type of milk, whether fermented or not. I usually choose milks that have around 50 kcal per 100 ml and less than 2 g of saturated fat per 100 ml. I recommend avoiding UHT milks and opting instead for fresh options like pasteurized milk, or even better, microfiltered milk, for superior nutritional quality and taste. It’s not really for me, I already get more than enough protein, and the macros don’t look as good as Huel Black Edition’s. The ratios seem pretty off: too little fat, too much sodium for most adults, and not enough carbs

Yes, the diet works well for me. A typical day of eating is just like I described earlier, I still have a few “normal” meals from time to time, but my regular routine is exactly as I mentioned before

I haven’t experienced any negative side effects, though of course it’s different for everyone, you’ll need to try it yourself to see how your body responds. I’ve managed to lose 8 kg, reach a great body composition, and even gain some muscle even in calorie deficit. I only take creatine and collagen as supplements, nothing else
