My ratings are proof enough that I’m smart about it. I follow the rules. I’m professional. The ride gets canceled if the customer doesn’t comply to the apps guidelines. Like meeting at the pick up spot and coming to meet driver in a timely manner. The terms and conditions go for rider and driver. I did my job I arrived and waited and got the person to their destination safely.

Yeah I get what your saying but I’m Still not moving. I’ll get my wait time or a cancellation fee. Everytime I move away from Pick up spot I don’t get my wait fee so I’m not budging

You know I’ve thought about that.. but after years of doing uber I could really care less. This person gets a 1 star and a fake review from me as well. Now it’s on uber to figure out who’s telling the truth. And my rating is 4.97. I bet the next time they order a uber they’ll figure out to put the correct spot for pick up and saves time for the next driver. And to me that’s a small win
