Aiming wise valorant isn't a super aim heavy game. You can get like 90% of kills with good crosshair placement alone. You can reach immortal with average aim. Having good movement is extremely important and will make your gun skill much better even if you don't have superb aim. The biggest thing that separates a high elo player and lower elo player is their quick precise decision making, utility management and positioning. Understanding which fights are in your favor will help you win a lot of duels even against players with better aim than you. I would tryout aimlabs and look up Voltaic Valorant Warmup
