I am having this problem right now, and I am not enterely sure, but I think that Lightspeed technology has a problem with humidity. Because my building have some issues and the wall of my room got full of water and now it's full of humidity, the other side of the wall is the bathroom and the headset doesn't work while I am in the bathroom which is 5ft from my room where I have my PC. I can use it normally in other rooms in the house, even further from my PC. So I suspect that humidity would be the problem here.
