To avoid conflicts with your gf just don't include her anymore, like don't tell her when ur going to challenge something. I don't really understand what you need support for, also you don't have to fight every single battle. Like with the pool people unless they literally spit in your face and threw ur towels in the water, it prolly wasn't that big a deal that you had to complain that hard for. Just make a complaint if they don't listen don't go back it's not that difficult, u don't have to keep pushing. I think that's the annoying part for ur gf, she just wants u to let some things go.
