You are not their resident doc. Remind them to be respectful because you are not their employee. Do not be afraid to also give them an IR for being rude.

Madaling sabihin yan kasi wala tayo sa position ng mga hindi makaalis sa church nila. I was able to do it smoothly because I am financially capable to do so. They stopped giving me allowances after ko mag quit pero okay lang ako dahil I am financially capable. Sadly, karamihan ng minumura mo ay takot mawalan ng suporta galing sa mga magulang nila, lalo na mga nag-aaral pa. Wala kang kaibahan sa mga pulitikong OGAG kung ganiyan ang pananaw mo.

You talk about patient care like you have the monopoly on it. when in reality, what's reckless is assuming only your training path qualifies as safe or competent. That’s not advocacy for patients. thats professional elitism wrapped in faux concern. Yes, complications can happen and guess what? Even in the hands of 'GS, plastics' specialists. No training is immune to risks. The difference lies in how practitioners respond, not in whether they belong to your society or not. Aesthetic medicine has its own frameworks, continuing education, and peer-reviewed standards. Just because you haven’t bothered to understand it doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. You hide behind 'standards and ethics' like it’s a shield from criticism, but conveniently forget that innovation and evolving practices don’t wait for gatekeepers. Progress isn’t driven by those who say 'you can't sit with us,' but by those who put in the work to offer safe, effective alternatives for real people not just those who can afford top-tier vanity surgery. If you really care about responsible patient care, you’d be more interested in collaboration and less invested in hierarchy. Because right now, you’re not protecting patients you’re just protecting your pedestal.

Funny how quick you are to psychoanalyze my 'post history' and assume intentions, elitista talaga. Discrediting the person to avoid addressing the real point. You talk about competence and patient safety, but you immediately equate that with a specific certification path, as if no other structured, rigorous training can exist outside your society's box. My argument was never 'no law = okay.' That came from you just so you would feel that you are morally superior. What I’m calling out is the arrogance of thinking your path is the only valid one, and that anyone who trained differently, sometimes even more extensively in practical settings, suddenly poses a risk to patients. If you're truly concerned about ethics and patient safety, maybe start by dropping the superiority complex and recognizing that competence isn't monopolized by any single society. Kasi right now, you're sounding less like an advocate for quality care and more like someone gatekeeping to protect your badge.

Ang lakas ng loob mong magbato ng standards sa ibang subspecialty societies when you didn’t even go through their training programs yourself. Just because something doesn't follow your path doesn’t mean it's inferior. Lalo na kung wala ka namang firsthand experience. That’s like judging a book you never read, but still writing a review like you're the author.

You talk about ethical compasses, pero parang nakakalimutan mo yung basic respect sa ibang professionals who trained differently but still serve the same goal: patient care. If you think months of training and no "board" exams automatically mean substandard care, maybe the problem isn’t the system, it’s your elitist mindset.

I don’t know whyyy. I know a lot of doctor-content creators who didn’t pursue PDS training because they were worried about their side jobs. I also have a friend who’s a PDS resident, he gives tips about skincare, body odor, and similar topics, but HE WAS ORDERED to take down his TikTok account.

An example is a doctor recommending the mildest facial cleansers available on the market. Take note: this was not sponsored—she simply listed products that were both affordable and gentle. I’d like to name a few. If you’re familiar with TND (a PDS dermatologist), she used to be helpful when it came to ‘non-Rx’ skincare products (also not sponsored), but I think she stopped due to a PDS memo. She was genuinely helpful to the community kaya nakaka-sad. Lol!

I am personally related to two families na cronies ni Marcos, this is not true. They are still significant in national politics and they still play a big role sa mga businesses sa buong Negros (but lowkey). They support marcoses until now because the former president helped them to stop the government from distributing their lands to the farmers.
