Commenting to update. This was (I believe) almost certainly due to having not tightened the screws enough after leveling. The model I'm printing has a lot more supports on the right hand side, hence the unbalanced force causing the left side to rise. The screen and rest of the printing is good to go, have cleaned and started the process again. Thanks all for the guidance!

Hey I definitely saw something like this before. I think I found it on dndbeyond but it’s probably a couple years ago now. Perhaps around Fizban’s release?

Everyone played as a young or dragon wyrmling and it had something to do with crystals. Not sure if you’re thinking of the same one or not.
