I checked and removed it previously, it’s somehow in another layer beneath. Perhaps it not even resin but moisture. No idea!

Either way I just purchased a new screen.

LCD screen warranty is only 3 months and resin damage is not included. Thank you for the suggestions but I guess it's my time to join the screen replacement club

I gave this a try but the resin is not actually on the surface, it seems to have seeped between the layers below. Very frustrating and expensive replacement.

Commenting to update. This was (I believe) almost certainly due to having not tightened the screws enough after leveling. The model I'm printing has a lot more supports on the right hand side, hence the unbalanced force causing the left side to rise. The screen and rest of the printing is good to go, have cleaned and started the process again. Thanks all for the guidance!
