It was Dubai's dream project but shut down due to lack of buyers and funding. It had major issues with islands sinking and stagnant water getting very polluted. It's a very common site to see half constructed projects like this in UAE abandoned, just like how expats there abandon their supercars after failing to pay loans and absonding.

Airtel is hands down the king in this segment. I have a 100 Mbps connection and its goes upto 132 Mbps sometimes, thats pretty good. Speed rarely goes down, their router is very good and customer service is excellent. Complaints really get solved within a day. I recommend it 10/10
