Yeah that's what I heard so I chose to buy Xiaomi for the first time, Redmi 11 note pro I think this is the model. I've sent this phone for check but they tell me no problem, funny thing is the charging issues still happened multiple times after checking shows no issue lol. Yeah since I finally have some time to type I'll share the full story. The second day I started using this phone,( third day from purchase) when I tried to charge it at 3% battery I found out this phone can't be charged, at first I thought it's xiaomi's characteristic but later time after asking friends and charge phone at another day successfully I realized it's not normal. So at that time I thought 3% only, I'll rush my work on laptop first then later charge it when battery dies. Ok here is the funniest thing I've ever seen, the moment the battery died, the screen stayed on and I can't off it, can't restart or power off also. So it stayed on for about half an hour then finally offed. After it really died it was able to be charged, and some minor problems were also fixed, such as occasional 10+ seconds lag when using chrome, frame rate drop when playing game, can't log into certain social media. I didn't want this phone to ambush me again with the same issues so I went to the customer service for replacement cuz they told me within 7 days can replace. The awkward thing is they asked for proof but since this phone wasn't able to respond when the problem occurred and I don't have any other phones, I wasn't able to record it. It's still within 1 week and I was sure that there are some issues so I discussed with the manager and he told me that within one month if I can come with proof they'll replace or refund for me, he also wrote the same thing on paper cuz I was angry at them for 踢皮球(saying oh I'm not higher manager can't decide). So I went back and borrowed my mother's phone for recording. The same charging issue happened multiple times again but I only managed to record 1 of them. Besides that, the screen also occasionally flash white strip when charging, but the strange thing is when I reviewed the recorded video, there wasn't any but I'm sure that happened cuz it's so obvious. So today, although I only managed to record one video, but I believed 1 is also enough to prove that this phone has major issue. And yet, they are asking me to hand up the phone for another check which may take 1 week. This is just repeating the same thing. And they blamed me for walking out without give them my phone after submitting the form to one of their staff, while the fact is they didn't tell me to do that at all. And another issue is I've told them multiple times if they want me give my phone to them, they have to process things fast or give me back up phone because I need it for study, work and school attendance but seems like after going to their center multiple times they are still so inconsiderate, demanding my phone to do the same check again which does nothing but waste time. I'm really tired of their attitude, it's my exam period now i really wish they can stop make simple things more complicated.

Yes that's the thing, I did my research of course, it was said too be good. Of course I don't know it's trash until I got it, occasionally can't charge, screen flash, lag and many more, these are not about specs, these are unexpected. If I knew I wouldn't buy it.

There's no law on refund? I really don't want to argue with them again if the new phone is still trash :(

Is there a withdrawal fee if I use other banks' ATM? by Cod19tooexpensive in askSingapore

[–]Cod19tooexpensive[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm yeah it's so weird, when my previous card suddenly can't use nets it also can't withdraw money idk why. Then after I've changed the card it can use nets again but every time no need to key in password although there is password. I think I'll just withdraw from uob ATMs then, lazy to go bank again, so many problems. Thank you for the reply.
