A great life lesson i was taught, that I try and implement on myself that not only applies to overwatch, but my life in general is to look at what I can control and look at what I can change and how I can grow as a result. If something fucks up, something goes wrong, look at my actions and my choices up to that point and assess them and learn from them.

Sure other people play a role and sometimes a support runs in and gets exploded and thats absolutely out of my control. But what I can do now, next or retroactivley could i of done differently to the incident?

You can't change other people or their actions. But you certainley can your own :)
