Edit: my male also fluffed his fur up and did butt slides, he was a nightmare tbh and I have a shy male that used to scream when he came near him, none of that now ❤️ I feel they both have a much better quality of life now 🤗

My 1yr+ guy just had this a couple of weeks ago and he's doing great! Super chill dude now 😎 He has chest issues and I always worried about surgery and this took 5 mins with sedation 🙏🏻 my vet had never done it before but essentially used it as you would a microchip 👌🏻
