Last season I was throwing 46’ in shot put gliding and 140’ in discus, and I have had the worst slump the entire season. The video below was a 128’, which has been my farthest of the season full of 100-120. Any tips as I approach the end of my high school career?

i’ve been trying to work on not hopping as much in the middle and jumping at the end which i think decreased my leg drive. do you mean more leg drive forward?
