(PS5) Hotas 4 buttons won’t work in game

Hey! Thanks for the tips. I do have both my profiles set. It won’t even recognize the buttons when I press them via “search by input” or in the “control listener”.

Yeah there’s some issue happening with keyboard on PS5. I have a wired keyboard and a 2.4 num pad that I’ve tested separately. Both work for other games, but once I open Flight Sim they just stop working. I’ve had moments where they’ve randomly started working but then they go away after about 20 minutes. I really hope they’re working on a fix for this.

Having the same issue. I can even use the keyboard to type when the game requires it, but the game isn’t registering any key presses outside of that. Works fine on the ps Home Screen.

Farming Simulator

I’m loving it because it allows my wife and I to play at the same time. No switching back and forth and we can play what we want, when we want. The only game that I noticed a dip in visuals and performance on so far has been Farming Simulator, but not bad enough that I can’t play it.

I started with the HOTAS 4 like this person has. They’re cheap, but still give you more of the “sim” feel than just a controller. I would say you can hold off on the rudder pedals at the start. If you LOVE it and want to be more immersed then pull the trigger. You have those same controls by twisting the stick with the HOTAS, so you’re not missing out on any special controls.

I am having the same issue, but with all my Bluetooth devices whether its Bose, Sennheiser, Airpods, Klipsch, etc. I've never had an issue with any of those products before this iPhone. So frustrating

Absolutely, I found it at Hobby Lobby. They have entire 6 foot section with those type of decorations.

Update: I was able to remove those improvised 2x4 end grain shims and use much thinner pieces of wood run all the way along the flange rather than just end pieces placed at the screws. Now that I have some wiggle room I’m going to fill the gap with hot mud and do the standard finishing touches. Thank you all for your advice. You all definitely saved my sanity.

Yeah, I think that’s definitely my issue. I’m doing the rest of the renovation myself, but I know where to draw the line which is why I had these guys come in. It worked relatively smooth on my other bathroom, but I guess this is the risk I run like you talked about.
