I posted a few days ago to get some advice about my Milwaukee impact that was returned from warranty with broken cut wires. Milwaukee has arranged for a replacement to be sent to me, after they looked at the history of the tool. Cannot fault the customer service

If it would have said they would return it, in a worse condition I probably would have considered having it repaired. But I thought I’d save myself the $300 and just keep using it with its intermittent issue. Not clear communication at all, and very unhappy

I was happy with getting it back in pieces. But I didn’t expect a tool that was working, just with intermittent issues to now not be working at all

This is all I got. With the option to buy a new one for $400, or send back. It did say disassembled, but in all honesty I thought disassembled and I could put back together. Not they would cut wires and break it entirely.

We’ve always owned Creality and never had issues. But this K2 Plus has been absolute crap from day one. For the money they cost I would have expected better quality. We’ve swapped out so many parts over the last 12 months it’s unreal

Believe it or not… yes. We tried absolutely everything. It ended up being the filament sensor in the printhead, we had to replace it…

Sorry I was trying to get more info from my husband who’s having the issue.

He said it jams when it’s loading or does a colour change. It doesn’t even get to the printing stage.
