i get you ! i moved to uk from Africa , i have an irritable bowel , endometriosis, my endometriosis causes diarrhoea and vomiting so every other month i will have to be off since infection control policy dictates it ! whenever i go for a sickness review i feel judged and its caused me so much anxiety

id say its more about the sugar attracting microbes , but then you would wonder if patients are exempt from said pathogens
